Employee and Business Assistance Programme
There are many employee assistance programmes out there for organisations and individuals developing professionstrategies and nterventions for personal and workplace support. Many experts out there to talk about the use of "Passive Agressive" methods to help you overcome challenges and as a way to resolve conflicts. There is a believe that people who practive passive-agressive behaviour is someone who is more passive. Whilst that is incorrect, Passive-Agressive practitioners are still, in my opinion, "passive" as they will not say something clearly or directly, and instead let their feelings known over time through subtle and indirect means. People who practice passive-agrgressive behaviour is also characterised by habitual pattern of passive resistance to expected work requirements, opposition, stubbornness and negativistic attitudes.
My coaching styleis quite different. It is about being assertive in where you are capable of stating your needs, drawing boundaries, getting what you need without making life unpleasant for you and others.
